Since 2012 we have served Youth and Teens in Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties.

We believe that every Youth/Teen Deserves to learn healthy ways to deal with Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Bullying and Low Self-esteem.

Dreamcatchers for the Soul is an extraordinary organization dedicated to equipping children with the essential tools to navigate stress, anxiety, self-regulation challenges, trauma, and bullying. Our diverse programs, Including mindfulness, Qigong, Tai Chi, yoga, Reiki, conflict resolution, and art therapy, are thoughtfully designed to address the unique needs of young individuals. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, we help children develop healthier strategies for managing trauma and stress, empowering them to build resilience, self-confidence, and a brighter, more optimistic future.
