Giving opens November 14 and runs through November 19!
Through mindfulness, yoga, talk therapy, reframing, creative expression, movement, and meaningful human connection, we help young people develop healthier perspectives, navigate life’s challenges, and grow from the inside out.
──── One mission. Three programs. Stronger families.
Why we exist
Every child deserves to be heard.
Some children carry stress, anxiety, bullying, or trauma without having the words to express what they feel. At Dreamcatchers for the Soul Foundation, we create safe, nurturing spaces where children can talk, reframe challenges, move, create, connect, and grow.
How hope takes root
Three programs. One powerful mission.
Different pathways, one shared promise: children and families deserve practical tools, compassionate support, and room to bloom.
01 / REFRAME. RESTORE. RISE.
TEENS AGES 12–19
Safer Community
Mindful Project
Through mindfulness, yoga, tai chi, qigong, conflict resolution, guided reflection, and reframing, teens learn to see challenges through a different lens and build emotional awareness, resilience, and healthier coping skills.
A new perspective can change the next step.
02 / Speak. Create. Connect.
Summer healing & discovery
Free Your Mind Summer Camp
Through talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga, theater, dance, and creative expression, children find a safe space to share their feelings, work through challenges, and grow in confidence and connection.
Every child has a voice worth hearing.
03 / Bloom Together.
Annual family retreat
Children of the Lotus
At our free back-to-school retreat, children express and talk through challenges using theater, supportive conversations, art, and mindfulness, while parents and caregivers enjoy complimentary wellness experiences and workshops.
When children bloom, families grow stronger.
REAL TEENS. REAL VOICES. REAL IMPACT.
Their voices tell the story.
In a Local 10 News “Mom to Mom” feature, two teens described how Dreamcatchers helped them navigate anxiety, social pressures, and difficult emotions.
“I needed to learn how to express myself in a better healthier way.”

This is why we teach reframing, yoga, mindfulness, and healthy communication: so teens can use these tools beyond the program.
At Children of the Lotus, our complimentary Parent Healing Room offers parents and caregivers time to restore and recharge while their children participate in enriching activities.
Through massage, Reiki, sound therapy, acupuncture, and wellness workshops, we make room for the well-being of the whole family.

Your gift matters
Help Dreamcatchers create spaces for teens to reframe challenges, children to find their voices, and families to connect and grow together.
We are not planting seeds. We are uncovering them.
Every child carries something extraordinary within. Sometimes all it takes is a safe space, a new perspective, a caring adult, or someone willing to listen. This Give Miami Day, help us turn compassion into opportunity.
